The 2026 Ashkenaz Festival opens for the first time as part of Pedestrian Sunday in Kensington Market (12-10PM), one of the city’s most vibrant street festivals. As the historic home of Toronto’s Jewish community and a crossroads of cultures and the arts, Kensington is the perfect locale to showcase the best of Canada’s Jewish music scene. Plan for a jam-packed day of programming on multiple stages from noon through the evening, including the Ashkenaz Parade. A detailed schedule will be available towards the end of July.
